Creating an account allows you to login to your account at a later time. As you move through the application, your information is saved. You can always login to your account to view, make changes or finish your application at a later time. Email Address
Enter your email address. If you don't have one, you can sign up for one at
http://mail.google.com.
Password
Enter a password that you will remember so you can access your account when needed.
Confirm Password
Enter the same password that you did under password. This just makes sure that you entered the intended password correctly.
Secret Question / Answer
Pick one of the secret questions and answer it. If you try to access your account at a later time and forgot your password you can answer your secret question and gain access to it.
